Learning from failure.

I watched a TED talk and it was interesting, I thought this was uplifting and encouraging for everyone and anyone willing to listen and understand what this guy is talking about. Not only did this guy fail, but he learned and adapted to what he wanted and started to do what he needed to do. He started his own shoe company after he got fired because of corruption. This guy could've tried to take revenge, but he decided to dedicate that energy into something else and started up a shoe company that failed but he saved himself by becoming a freelance agent that created shoes for companies and that's interesting to know that this exists. Now he's doing what he needs to do, and I think it's awesome he decided to meet up this guy who's doing the startup instead of not going because if he didn't, he would've missed out on a great opportunity and a great company that would end up inspiring him to do something more for his community. Sometimes my job doesn’t work out well. I work at a 24-hour pharmacy and hopefully I’ll become a shift lead soon if not I still have a comfy work environment being a night shift cashier. It’s better than the last night shift job and the one before that. Life isn’t about succeeding the first time, its about failing and then finding other ways to success.

Here the video that I think is awesome- Lessons From a Shoe Designer: How Failure can Lead to Success | Sean Scott | TEDxCrossroadsSchool - YouTube
