Olympics through the years.

The Olympics is one of the few sporting events i get genuinely excited for every two to four years, so being able to know that there is a museum dedicated to the art and esthetic of the Olympics through the years is very exiting for me. I like seeing the different that each era went through in each different country for instance the first one that's shown the French Olympics in 1900s with a respectably cartoon style woman holding the three different types of swords used in fencing. Something I found very interesting is that the Olympic rings didn't come about until the 1920s Olympic games I believe the rings were created around 1913 and then was used during the 1920s Olympics. In 1928 Switzerland hosted the winter Olympics which is interesting because of the winter art and design of the events such as the skiing event and from what i can see on the picture hockey. The art is very warm for a cold climate place and it makes it stand out in a good way in my opinion. The Olympics is such a great event for anyone country take Japan they were able to host the 1964 Olympics and not only were they the first Asian country to host the event but it also help improve the image of the Japanese people going from a crippled empirical country to an economic capitalist's power house. The last thing i found interesting about the museum was the 1984 LA Olympics and how it brought the tern "Look of the Games" to the Olympics which helped make them all seem different and unique like all the different countries in our world.
